September 12th, 2008 in advice, and then i laughed out loud, books, i like scotch & table dancing, i love fragment sentences, i may write about the west wing forever, i should be a cheerleader, i wish i was a Kennedy, I'm yoda. Everyone else is a grasshopper, it was a dance dance revolution, just do what i say, lists, movies, music, oh look! i have opinions., politics, the title says it all, the world according to me, travel Everyone has them. The movie you must see, the song you must hear, the book you must read, the city you must visit. When I talk about my ‘musts’ I’m almost fanatical, my feelings are so strong on each of them. My list of ‘musts’ don’t necessarily mean they are my favorite. They are just what has stood out, became memorable and left me with something that I think others might find valuable. So, I give you a few of my ‘musts’, and hope that you will tell me a few of yours

I'm a tramp., martinis make the world make sense, politics, tequila consequences, vague is vogue, what the hell This weekend I might have bought a book on US politics.
And I might have also re-discovered a love for red wine.
And I might have consumed wine and then called people.
And I might have thought it would be THE GREATEST idea to read them my favourite line from The Gettysburg Address.
And I might have actually shed a tear or two while reading it.
And I might have followed all of that up by telling each of them that I LOVE THEM and then letting them know that they are AMAZING and then asking if they wanted me …READ MORE
January 29th, 2008 in anger and I have sat down for tea, i wish i was a Kennedy, it's okay- you can skim this one, oh look! i have opinions., politics, seriously, soapbox, the george, today i am not funny, what the hell On a scale of 1-10, I’m annoyed by this a 46, 813. From my understanding (which, I grant- may be diluted by my rage) the New York State Chapter of NOW (National Organization for Women) feels Ted Kennedy ‘betrayed’ women by endorsing Barack OBAMA. They say “He’s picked the new guy over us. He’s joined the list of progressive white men who can’t or won’t handle the prospect of a woman president who is Hillary Clinton.” (thanks cnn.com).
Did it occur to them that perhaps Kennedy endorsed OBAMA because of something other than his gender? Like maybe… his foreign policy …READ MORE
